What is this...

Eating is an activity characterized by its apparent banality, due in large part to its link with everyday life, and because it is a basic necessity, its power is often ignored as a transformer of routines. Today a change is necessary, one where it is possible to return to the constitutive elements of the culinary, which time has entrusted to relegate. With this, reference is made to the cultural, social and artistic aspects that the culinary as such encompasses, but today  are not directly associated with the act of eating.

The guiding principles in the change of perspective proposed by Amuse Bouche, are the knowledge and the culinaria approached from an artistic point of view; as in its beginnings. It is proposed to return to the concept of culinary art so that what was previously forgotten is now the most relevant aspect.

To be a participant in this experience, you need an interest that goes beyond previous knowledge in this area. Very far from a contemplative character, the means are the experimentation and discovery of new universes to taste. Therefore, anyone can participate, nothing is right or wrong and no one has the right to follow opinions. Here we learn by practice and error and the only judge is the palate itself. So, given that each individual has open possibilities, the combinations generated by each will have an ephemeral and unrepeatable character, which goes hand in hand with the idea of personal artistic creation.
