Why
Brightline Interactive has developed several interactive experiences through physical kiosks they locate on public spaces as a way of the below-the-line advertisement. Some of their awarded designs and implementation have been replicated and repurposed for different clients on multiple occasions. They required to scale their products and be able to reskin their existing experiences.
What is this...
This is an interactive AR experience that invites users to take a moment and take a selfie with their favorite characters. The spectators are able to choose what and how many characters they want to include in a team photo and boomerang. This content can be shooted multiple times and shared via phone and email. All the assets and features can be updated from outside of the application, making it editable by non-developers.
HOW…
A scalable architecture, proper assets documentation, and instructions manual allow the designers to change fonts, images, videos, and toggle sections of the application. Hence, the experience becomes a piece that is able to be re-branded, the team can re-focus their efforts on high-quality assets, saving production time.
